Michelle was employed as a part time temporary clerical assistant in November 2006, to assist the company during an extended maternity leave period, and soon became a regular part of the team. Millie spent 2 weeks at DynaVox on work experience in 2005, working in the customer support area, and impressed the management so much that when the company needed some temporary maternity cover she was the first person considered. Sue has been a temporary part time clerical assistant for a number of years – willing to step in and lend a hand whenever necessary. Normally she just works for one day a week looking after the loans system. She is married to Paul, our technical specialist for the Midlands and South Wales. |

Dave Morgan |

(Director) Dave
has over 30 years experience of sales, marketing, customer service and
management, and has been with Sunrise/DynaVox for 15 years. When
Dave was Chairman of the Communication Aids Supplier Consortium (CASC) for 3 years (2003-6) and was instrumental in achieving a move for CASC members to join the more influential BHTA (British Healthcare Trades Association), under their own section called eCAT (electronic Communication and Assistive Technology) in April 2006. He has remained as Chairman of the BHTA eCAT section since that move. |

Paul
has been employed in the Sunrise/DynaVox group for over 12 years, and
moved from the wheelchair side of the business to the Dynavox support team
in early 2004, and became a familiar and calming voice when customers
called with questions or problems. Always interested in a new challenge, Paul became a DynaVox Product Specialist in late 2006, initially sharing his time with the help line, and then becoming full time sales in April 2007. |

Carl is another of the original members of the DynaVox team from when Sunrise took over in 1998, having transferred into the department from Management Information Services within Sunrise UK, where he was responsible for PC, Network support and the telecomm system. Carl has an in depth knowledge of all DynaVox products, including the earlier models, and also a detailed understanding of computer systems and operations.

Neil is often the first person a caller speaks to when they ring Sunrise ,as he runs the help line service. An electronics graduate, Neil is able to blend the technical understanding with an ability to help customers resolve their problems. |

In addition to running the help line, Neil also oversees the loans programme, and is often found repairing devices. |
