Please note, when transferring the page sets to a DyanVox / DynaMyte from a PC, you will need a Null Modem (backup) cable and either the backup software (downloadable from this site) or Windows Hyperterminal. |
You will also need to transfer the song files as well as the backup file. |

Providing tools to actively participate in educational, social and recreational settings, Gateway products promote DynaVox and DynaMyte product use during these activities.
Gateway's topical pages allow parents to spend more time interacting with their child, and therapists can focus on helping individauls improve language development and communication performance since there is a reduced need for page creation.

Exploratory Page Set
The DynaVox Exploratory Page Set is a useful tool for introducing individuals to the features of a DynaVox dedicated device. These pages provide an informal opportunity for individuals to explore DynaVox System Software and the different ways it can be set up for alternate access.
When an individual uses the DynaVox Exploratory Page set to experiment and become familiar with the DynaVox device, therapists, parents, and educators can gain important insight into the individual's linguistic abilities and preferred methods of access. Combining your observation of these activities with the results of the individual's formal AAC evaluation can assist you in designing a communication system that the individual can use with maximum success.

Adult User Environment
Communication pages for activities of daily living, the community, and the workplace.
The Adult User Environment was created to encourage initiation and participation in social exchanges, while providing the user with the vocabulary necessary to participate in activities of daily living. With simple navigation, adults can access over 150 pages containing vocabulary that is appropriate for the home, community, and work. For those adults with significant physical disabilities, the vocabulary will allow them to direct carers during activities such as housework, gardening, cooking, and personal hygiene.
